About Candace Baird, FNP, CWS®

Candace Baird is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound Specialist (CWS®) serving patients across Northwest Louisiana and East Texas. She has worked in healthcare for more than 10 years and has spent the past 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner, focusing on advanced wound care.

A graduate of Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, Candace combines clinical expertise with a true passion for helping people heal. She has developed a strong reputation for her high healing rates and her ability to bring comfort and confidence to her patients.

Candace loves wound care because it allows her to make a direct difference in people’s lives—helping them recover faster, prevent complications, and regain their independence. By offering both in-home wound care visits and telehealth services, she makes expert treatment accessible, personal, and convenient.

Her mission is simple:
